Manufacturing Day

Salco Products hosted twelve students and two guidance counselors from Andrew High School in Tinley Park Illinois. The day was arranged by Moraine Valley Community College as part of National Manufacturing Day. 

The students who visited are all currently enrolled in an introductory engineering class that exposes them to many facets of the engineering and manufacturing world. This type of visit really gives the students an opportunity to start thinking about their futures and what they might want to focus on in college. Salco folks from Production, Receiving, Shipping, and Hazarsolve highlighted what we do here.
